Pickup & Meeting Locations
Each charter has a designated pickup location at a local marina, dock, or private residence. While some boats may offer pickup at alternative locations, additional fees may apply. The exact meeting point will be shared after booking confirmation.
Passenger Limits
Each vessel has a maximum capacity based on its size and the captain’s license type. If a first mate is included, both the captain and first mate count toward this limit. To comply with state and federal regulations, no additional guests beyond the listed capacity will be allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Before Booking: Cancellation policies are outlined on each listing. You can cancel a charter request (not a confirmed booking) at no cost.
After Booking: If you need to cancel, your refund amount depends on the cancellation policy associated with your booking. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Owner Cancellations: If a boat owner cancels, we will find you a comparable alternative or provide a full refund.
Weather Cancellations: Only the captain or owner can cancel a charter due to inclement weather. If severe weather prevents departure, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

All Magic Dragon Charters are captained experiences, meaning a professional captain will handle navigation. Some boats also include additional crew members to assist with your trip.
